Dr. Malcolm M. Black Talent Hunt

The Zeta Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi’s Annual Talent Hunt Contest highlights the artistic abilities of Broward County high school students in music, dance, song, and poetry. This event offers participants valuable scholarship opportunities, with top performers advancing to state and district levels.

The Zeta Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. proudly hosts its Annual Talent Hunt Contest, a celebration of artistic talent that offers high school students across Broward County the opportunity to showcase their skills in music, dance, song, and poetry. More than just a performance showcase, the Talent Hunt provides essential scholarship awards to support these young artists’ educational pursuits. The chapter believes in empowering youth through recognition and financial support, making each contestant a winner by encouraging them to pursue their dreams and talents.

The Zeta Chi Chapter’s Talent Hunt Committee carefully selects its most outstanding contestants, awarding them scholarships and the chance to compete at the Annual Florida Statewide Organization Meeting, with potential advancement to district competitions. This structured approach ensures a nurturing environment, preparing students for broader stages and fostering their personal growth. As Omega Psi Phi champions creativity and scholarship, the Talent Hunt Contest serves as a vital initiative to uplift the next generation of artists, helping them turn dreams into achievable goals and build a foundation for lifelong success.
