Greetings Brothers and Visitors,

Welcome to the official website of the Zeta Chi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. For over 70 years, we have proudly served the Fort Lauderdale community, and it is both an honor and a privilege to lead this esteemed chapter, grounded in our Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

As we carry on the legacy of distinguished leaders, including our 21st Grand Basileus, Bro. Grant Reynolds; the 35th Grand Basileus, Bro. Dr. Dorsey C. Miller, Jr.; and Immediate Past Grand Keeper of Finance, Bro. Johnnie B. Smith, Jr., we remain committed to advancing the mission of Omega Psi Phi. Their exemplary leadership and dedication to service continue to inspire our efforts.

Our chapter comprises brothers who are not only leaders in our fraternity but also educators, entrepreneurs, and community advocates. Together, we strive to make a significant impact through various initiatives, including:

  • Dr. Malcolm M. Black Talent Hunt Competition

  • Voter Registration, Education, and Mobilization

  • Lamplighter’s Male Mentorship Program

  • Community Health Initiatives

  • Local Educational Collaborations

  • Partnership with the NAACP​
